KEYSTONE HEALTH CENTER AWARDED "BEST PRACTICE" GRANT BY AETNA HEALTH INC.

AetnaCHAMBERSBURG, PA -- For the third consecutive year, Keystone Health Center was awarded the "Best Practice" Grant by Aetna Health Inc.," according to Dr. David Kelley, Aetna HealthInc.'s Medical Director for Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania.

"Keystone was chosen from over 1,100 Primary Care Physician (PCP) offices across more than 30 counties throughout Pennsylvania for their commitment to providing quality medical care to the underserved population," Dr. Kelley said. "They are extremely passionate about the community they serve, providing a wide variety of special services with compassion and dedication."

The $5,000 grant, which is the largest award given in the category of "Best Practice," was awarded to Keystone on August 27, 2002. According to Joanne Cochran, Keystone Health Center's President and CEO, the grant will be used to provide services to the poor.

Services to migrant farmworkers are also provided through outreach workers and contracted providers across the Commonwealth.
