PSYCHIATRIST AND PSYCHOTHERAPISTS JOIN KEYSTONE HEALTH CENTER’S BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAM

(Chambersburg, PA) -- Keystone Health Center in Chambersburg, PA announces the appointment three staff members to its behavioral health program. 

 

Gary Weidman, L.C.S.W., a psychotherapist and director of Keystone’s behavioral health

program, specializes in childhood, adolescent, and family problems. Mr. Weidman earned his Masters in Social Work, with a specialization in Mental Health, from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Mennonite College in Harrisonburg, VA.  He is a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania and Maryland.  Mr. Weidman lives in Chambersburg with his wife and two children.

 

Robin Witmer, Ph.D., L.P.C., is a psychotherapist who specializes in mood disorders, adult

 sexual abuse, and women’s codependency issues.  Dr. Witmer earned her Doctorate in Christian Psychology, specializing in faith-based practices, from South Florida Bible College & Theological Seminary in Deerfield Beach, FL.  She earned her Masters Degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA, and completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science with a major in Psychology from Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA. She is a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania and is a Nationally Certified Psychologist.  Dr. Witmer lives in Greencastle.

 

Shella A. Khatri, M.D., a psychiatrist, is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Khatri

 completed the Adult Psychiatry program and was Chief Resident in Psychiatry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Cooper Hospital University Medical Center. Following her medical education at Sind Medical College, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, Karachi, Pakistan, her M.B.B.S. degree was awarded by Karachi University. Dr. Khatri completed her college education at Abdullah Government College in Karachi. She lives in Chambersburg with her husband and two children.

 

Keystone Health Center’s behavioral health program is part of Keystone Family Practice at 820 Fifth Avenue, Chambersburg.
