CAROLYN KENT, MD, RETURNS TO FRANKLIN COUNTY PEDIATRICS
Carolyn Kent, MD (Chambersburg, PA) -- Keystone Health Center in Chambersburg, PA, announces the appointment of Carolyn D. Kent, M.D., to the staff of Franklin County Pediatrics, Keystone’s pediatrics practice.
Dr. Kent, who worked at Franklin County Pediatrics several years ago, is currently seeing patients there three days a week. She is affiliated with the Chambersburg Hospital and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Kent, who began working in the local area in 1980 as a pediatrician, earned her medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Geisinger Medical Center.
Franklin County Pediatrics is located at 176 S. Coldbrook Avenue, Chambersburg. As with all Keystone Health Center practices, Franklin County Pediatrics’ services are available to anyone regardless of ability to pay.
Keystone Health Center, a public, non-profit organization, provides high-quality family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric, obstetric, gynecological, cardiac, behavioral, and dental health care and, when needed, social services to underserved and vulnerable populations as well as the entire community. At present, Keystone Health Center operates four primary care sites—Keystone Family Practice, Keystone Dental Care, Keystone Women's Care, and Franklin County Pediatrics—and one specialty practice, the Franklin County Heart Center. Keystone also operates one year-round migrant and seasonal farmworker site in Berks County and one seasonal farmworker site in Adams County. Services to migrant farmworkers are also provided through outreach workers and contracted providers across the Commonwealth.
