CAROLYN KENT, MD, RETURNS TO FRANKLIN COUNTY PEDIATRICS   Carolyn Kent, MD   (Chambersburg, PA) -- Keystone Health Center in Chambersburg, PA, announces the appointment of Carolyn D. Kent, M.D., to the staff of Franklin County Pediatrics, Keystone’s pediatrics practice.    Dr. Kent, who worked at Franklin County Pediatrics several years ago, is currently seeing patients there three days a week. She is affiliated with the Chambersburg Hospital and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Kent, who began working in the local area in 1980 as a pediatrician, earned her medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Geisinger Medical Center.   Franklin County Pediatrics is located at 176 S.
