Who
We Are
Keystone Women's Care specializes in obstetrical and gynecological health care,
providing:
- Annual exams
- Family-centered obstetrics (pregnancy care), including
Healthy Beginnings Plus, a program to help pregnant women on Medical Assistance and
prenatal care and delivery by an obstetrician or certified nurse midwife
- High-risk pregnancy care
- Family planning, including birth control methods
- Basic infertility care
- Breast care
- Health care for teenage women
- Discounted prescription drugs
- Spanish translation
- Treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, sexual
dysfunction, and PMS
- Treatment and management of female incontinence,
osteoporosis, and menopause

Keystone Women's Care is staffed with five
obstetricians/gynecologists: Thomas P.
Orndorf, M.D., Yvette Brown, M.D.,
Carolyn Benenati, M.D.,
and
Sandhya Yerram, M.D. The center also has
three certified nurse midwives on staff -
Darlanna Besecker,
CNM, Sarah W. Myers, CNM,
MS, and Kim Amsley-Camp, CNM, MS - and
a behavioral health therapist and social worker, Kristine
Steinour, MS, NCC, LPC.
What is an Obstetrician?
An obstetrician
is a doctor who specializes in caring for pregnant women and delivering their babies, and
who can take care of high risk pregnancies and perform Cesarean sections, if necessary.
What
is a Gynecologist?
A gynecologist
is a doctor who specializes in establishing and maintaining the overall health of women
throughout their lifespan, and performing gynecologic surgery when necessary. All the
doctors at Keystone Women's Care are obstetrician/gynecologists.

Ob/Gyn Director
Obstetrician/Gynecologist Dr.
Orndorf's residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology was completed through the Penn State
University Hospital Program at the Hershey Medical Center. He received his M.D. from the
Thomas Jefferson University Medical College and his Bachelor of Science from Lebanon
Valley College.

Obstetrician/Gynecologist Dr.
Brown attended the University of Maryland at Baltimore where she was enrolled in the
Epidemiology Studies program. She completed her residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology at
Philadelphia's MCP Hahnemann University and received her M.D. from the Medical College of
Pennsylvania. Dr. Brown also completed the Medical Education Development Program at the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Obstetrician/Gynecologist Dr. Benenati
completed an internship and residency and was Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology
at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut. She received her M.D. from New York
Medical College in Valhalla, NY and earned her Bachelors degree at Boston College in
Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.

Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery at Siddhartha Medical College in
India.

What is a Certified Nurse Midwife?
Certified nurse midwives are nurses with
advanced training in midwifery. National certification and state licensure are required.
Midwives can see a woman for her prenatal visits and deliver her baby in the hospital,
with physician backup if necessary. Additionally, midwives provide care to women
throughout their lifespan, which includes not only pregnancy care but also gynecological
exams and management of minor gynecologic or pelvic problems. |

Certified Nurse Midwife An
affiliate of the University of Philadelphia, Ms. Besecker attended The Institute of
Midwifery, Women and Health, where she completed the Nurse/Midwifery Program. She received
her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Shenandoah University and her diploma in Nursing
from the Lancaster General Hospital.

received her Masters of Science with a concentration in Midwifery at Philadelphia

Nurse Practitioner Program at Widener University and received her Bachelor of Science in
Nursing from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Amsley-Camp
received her Master of Science with a concentration in Midwifery at
Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA. She earned her Bachelor of
Science in Nursing from the George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Ms.
Amsley-Camp also holds a Master of Science degree in Health Services
Administration with dual concentration in Acute Care and Long-Term Care
Management from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and
a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from
Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY.

Emergencies When the Office Is
Closed - If you have a serious emergency, immediately call 911 or go to the
hospital emergency room. When the office is closed, if you have a serious medical problem
that is not an emergency but cant wait until we reopen, call 217-6830 and our
answering service will have a provider call you.
Appointments - Please call 217-6830 to make appointments. Whenever possible we will make
the appointment with your chosen provider. However, there may be times when he or she is
not available at the time you would like your appointment. In that case, you will be
scheduled with one of our other providers.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in,
where we make sure our information about you is correct. We will do our best to be on time
and appreciate your understanding when emergencies happen that put us behind schedule.
Cancellation of Appointments
- If you cant keep your appointment, please call 217-6830 to let us know. We ask
that you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, if possible, so that we can
give another patient that time.
Prescription Refills -
Please call 217-6830 a few days before your prescription runs out. Because other patients
are also asking for refills, we need at least two business days to get your prescription
ready. Please note that prescriptions cannot be refilled during the weekend.
Lab and Test Results -
At your appointment, your nurse or provider will tell you how to get your lab results.
Medical Records
The information in your record is confidential and will not be given out without your
written permission. If you want your records given out, please come to the office or mail
your request telling us where the records should be sent. There may be a charge for this
service.
Return of Telephone Calls
- Because our providers have a full-schedule of patients to see each day, they may not be
able to return your call until the end of the day or a nurse may return your call on their
behalf.
Payment for Services -
Services are available to
everyone. We participate with most insurances and accept Medical
Assistance and Medicare. We have a sliding fee scale for those who
qualify, and we will work with patients to set up a payment plan if
necessary. Your payment is due at the time of service unless other
arrangements have been made.
Billing Questions - Call
our Billing Office Monday at 709-1222 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm if you
have a question about your bill.
Complaints,
Suggestions, or Comments - We welcome your concerns, suggestions, and comments so
we can continue to make our services better. Please talk to any of our staff if you have a
concern or comment. If your concerns remain unanswered, you have the
right to notify the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare

Turn left on Norland Avenue (Just as you reach the Wilson College campus, Rt. 11 makes a
sharp left turn. After you make that turn, you will be on Norland Avenue. Move to the
center.) Follow Norland Avenue 0.8 mile. Turn left into the entrance
of the Summit Health Campus. Keystone Women's Care is in
the 1st building, the Summit-Keystone Pavilion, 755 Norland Ave.
From Rt. 11
going North:
Follow Rt. 11 North to Queen Street. Turn right on East Queen Street
(Rt. 30 East/Lincoln Way East). Follow East Queen Street for 0.3
miles. Turn left on Fifth Avenue. Follow Fifth Avenue for 1.0 mile.
Turn right on Norland Avenue and go 0.2 mile. Turn left into the
entrance of the Summit Health Campus. Keystone Women's Care is in

From I-81, Exit 17 (Walker
Road): From I-81 take exit 17. At the end of the ramp, exiting from
the north turn right, exiting from the south turn left, onto Walker
Road. Go to the light and turn right onto Norland Avenue.
